Any estimate provided by Pittsburg Towing Pros is based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final charges may differ from an initial estimate if conditions at the service location differ from what was described, if additional work or equipment is required, or if the job scope changes.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Certain towing services in California may be subject to rate regulations established by the state or applicable local jurisdiction. For police-ordered or non-consensual tows, the rates charged are governed by applicable law.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at (925) 318-8559. If a truck has already been dispatched to your location, a cancellation or trip fee may apply to cover the cost of the dispatch.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit card, and other methods as disclosed at the time of service. For fleet accounts or commercial customers, payment terms may be established by separate written agreement.
Failure to pay for services rendered may result in your vehicle being held in our storage facility. Storage fees accrue daily. We reserve the right to exercise any lien rights available under California law for unpaid towing and storage charges.
Vehicles placed in our storage facility are subject to daily storage fees. We will notify you of the location of your stored vehicle and applicable storage rates. Vehicles not retrieved within the time period required by California law may be subject to lien sale proceedings. It is your responsibility to make timely arrangements to retrieve your vehicle and to keep us informed of your contact information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pittsburg Towing Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property beyond what is directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the performance of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our website and any information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of website content. By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to request towing or recovery services. You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle, its location, and the nature of the service needed.
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before it is towed. Pittsburg Towing Pros is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle during towing or storage unless there is a written agreement to the contrary.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Pittsburg, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit with respect to any dispute covered by these terms.
